Lil Nas X stirred a controversy recently with his release of the music video for his hit “Montero (Call Me by Your Name)” which featured the singer giving a lap dance to Satan. “But for real, all jokes aside, with this top and bottom shit in the gay community, it is like become a huge form of misogyny, and it’s like how you n*gg*s misogynists?” a polite but mildly exasperated Lil Nas continued. While disappointing bunk bed afficionados and giving hope to fans of king, queen, and full-sized beds everywhere, Lil Nas also made a point about the appropriateness of asking someone such a personal question. “I like king-sized beds, I like queen-sized beds, I like full.” Quite the jokester. “I get this question a lot and to people who bunk, I’ve never been a bunk bed kinda guy,” Lil Nas X said in response to a question about his preferred sexual position. In a recent Q&A on his Instagram account, the performer was asked if he was a top or bottom. Lil Nas X might be on top of the world right now, but the musician is still having to field questions that all gays get.
